This week's guest MPV DJ is one of New York's finest and most recognized. PONY is an established fixture in the NYC nightlife and art scenes as a DJ, event producer, and artist.

Born in Rome, Italy in 1986, he came to the city at age seventeen. Working alongside nightlife and entertainment industry legends, he soon became a staple to the city that never sleeps. His mixes and appearances are enjoyed internationally with streams in over 100 countries worldwide, and popularity in nightlife bringing him attention from many sides of the industry, such as being named one of HX Magazine's 'Top 9 people in nightlife under the age of 25 to watch in 2009', which featured him on the cover, as well as six nightlife award nominations, winning one. He has also been named one of Paper Magazine’s Beautiful People. His parties have been labeled 'Best of New York' by New York Magazine on multiple occasions. DNA Magazine (Australia) called PONY 'NYC's Hottest DJ'.

In 2012 he started spinning for Burning Man art collective Disorient. Later in 2012, he became the resident DJ and founding member of the monthly theme event series I FEEL. In 2014, they started another monthly event, Thank You for Being You (#TY4BY), as well as an annual immersive weekend residency on the island of Isla Mujeres, Mexico. In 2015 they launched an annual summer festival in upstate New York. He parted ways with his I FEEL collaborators in 2017. From 2015 to 2017, he was co-creator and resident DJ for the event series, Treetops. In 2017 he also created a four-part series, Outsiders, which was an instant hit. From 2014 to 2018 he was co-creator and resident DJ of his namesake weekly dance party in Tribeca, garnering a cult following over its four-year run. In 2019 he became the resident DJ and co-creator of the event series, The Party. He launched a new event series, Gateway, in the spring of 2021. He continues to produce events for private clients and clubs.

Having done over two thousand events, his experience has taken him from the downtown bars to chic hotel lounges, clubs, rooftops, beaches, warehouses, boats, and everywhere in between producing events and playing alongside some of the top DJs and producers in the global underground techno and house music community. No matter the venue, his unique style, and thoughtful selection is guaranteed to take the dance floor on a magical journey of sound. Drawing from a diverse range of musical and visual art influences, PONY combines a passion for music and people with a dynamic personality.
