German producer Sebastian was born in 1975. He started listening to electronic music in the mid 90s and took his first steps in producing music soon after. After moving to Korea in 2000, where he is still residing, he somewhat took a step back from producing for a while but rediscovered his passion about 10 years later. Today he is releasing music under his alias Stan Seba on labels such as Another Life Music, Massive Harmony Records, Future Avenue and Zephyr Music. As a producer, occasionally guest mixer and listener, he places high value on melodies and vibes, rather melancholic ones. However, he tries to always be open to change and explore new music.

Next up on our Mellow series is Toronto’s Twilight Music Sculpture, a DJ and a producer that focuses on downtempo & atmospheric house (with a few progressive bangers to keep it interesting). He describes his sound as creating a story through melodic, deep and organic beats.  
Sean - (Twilight Music Sculpture) used to DJ late nights with a focus on underground gigs (places like Central & Airship 37 in downtown Toronto), but you’re more likely to find him now doing early evening sets at high end parties as the sun goes down… with a new focus of creating the perfect ambience. 
He is a resident DJ on Beach Radio (UK), on KXLU 88.9 FM Los Angeles and on Threads Radio. He has many guest appearances (i.e Equalizer Group from Chile - Spirit Festival Closing Set / Magic Escobar from Sri Lanka - Beyond the Inner Journey (guest set) /  Estacion Selektah Colombian Radio guest set) under his belt.
With a true passion for house music, Twilight will never stop telling his story through his DJ sets and new releases. We are happy to welcome him on the series for this beautiful chill set.

This week we have an amazing guest from the hotbed of progressive house, Argentina. Iñaki Mariano is a young DJ and producer from Buenos Aires.
From a young age he was drawn to music and started DJ’ing at age 14. He got his debut at Club Bahrein, one of Buenos Aires’ iconic venues, in 2018, and has played there several times since. Iñaki has shared decks with the likes of Andrea Casino, Sergio Ahtos, Abel Meyer, Dynacom, Ezequiel Ramirez, Valdovinos and many more.
His sessions are characterized by a clear progressive line through which he leads the narrative through various moments that generate a range of emotions. He draws from genres between deep house and melodic techno, always adapting his live performances to the moment and mood.
Iñaki is co-founder of @gate.prod events production, which has organized large events with top-notch artists like Ezequiel Ramirez, Maxi Degrassi, Dynacom among others. He is also co-founder of the ALTUM MUSIC label (@altummusicok) which has just released its first EP, with support from artists that include Guy J, Nick Warren, Mariano Mellino, Grazziano Rafa, Dj Ruby, Fabri Lopez and several more.

Subtractive has continued to grow his worldwide footprint with his original tracks. In 2022, just weeks after it’s release, his EP with Bonzai Progressive “The Medici Effect” broke into the top 100 Progressive House releases globally both on Beatport (#72) and Traxsource (#71) and has been supported by DJ’s around the world, with Joseph Capriati (Drumcode, Afterlife), Cristian Varela (Toolroom, Bedrock), Giusseppe Ottaviani (Armada, A State of Trance), and Luciano Scheffer (Warung Recordings, Transensations) all pledging their support. To further emphasize his international presence, In 2021 his track “Last Train to Madrid” on Slur Records reached the #1 spot for Techno in Italy on iTunes, and In 2020 his remix of “StayLoose - Tiny Warrior” reached #1 in Electronic music in the Netherlands on iTunes.
With a drummer for a father, and a sister who was into illegal street racing, Subtractive’s (Alex Hunt’s) childhood was anything but normal. By age 13, Alex was already hooked by the euphoric, confidence-inducing sounds of electronic dance music; “I used to beg my sister to let me ride along on races... Sometimes she would give in. The days following, I would be asking her what music her friends were listening to in the car.”
After his initial exposure, it didn’t take long for Hunt to dedicate himself to learning the art of music creation. Without means to travel to the more vibrant music scenes of Detroit or Chicago, the young producer spent his nights practicing skills such as mixing, sampling, and synthesis. As years went on, Alex began making the trek from Indiana to Detroit nearly every weekend. With a head full of production knowledge and an eagerness to experience Detroit’s underground party scene, the cards were right for Alex Hunt to undergo a musical transformation; this is when he became Subtractive.
​An artist whose eyes and ears are consistently set on the future, Subtractive strives to create music that is totally non-traditional. His compositions explore the limits of electronic sound, while maintaining a rhythm which is irresistible to dancers. Dream-like synth melodies and pristinely processed vocals float over the top of floor-shaking bass, creating a groove which consists of equal parts dance party and introspective voyage. A true master of manipulating energy, Subtractive’s productions take his listeners on a journey that has captivated many across the globe.
