This week we are thrilled to welcome back Uruguayan master @alexefe_uy, his country’s top progressive DJ and music producer, a dude who is passionate and dedicated to the constant progress and evolution of electronic music.
Deeply influenced by Global Underground through the work of renowned artists such as Sasha, Nick Warren, and Digweed, among others, his innate curiosity and restlessness as a self-taught musician—always exploring new formats, sounds, textures, and musical techniques—has led him throughout his life on a personal journey of self-discovery, healing, and evolution.
His music has received support from various artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Weird Sounding Dude, Simply City, Marcelo Vasami, DJ Rudy, Cream, Mayro, and Ricky Ryan. He has released tracks on labels including Electronic Groove Records, Lake Underground, Starlight Group, Future Avenue, AH Digital, and OneDotSixTwo. This has driven his regional expansion with performances in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Brazil—one of his main goals being to share his musical expression worldwide.
Since 2011, he has led the Clubbing Mvd project alongside Diego Berrondo as well as Progressive House Uruguay, organizing events in his home country while promoting and inspiring new talent.

@itsdjlx is an Ottawa-based DJ passionate about music, experimenting with different genres from deep/tech house to dark progressive to organic house. Her sets are inspired by her travels where she seeks out music and inspiration from DJs around the world. LX has grown in Ottawa over the past year, opening for major DJs such as Gene Farris, RSCL, and Felix Cartal. 
She looks forward to playing her festival debut at @escapademf in June. LX is a resident of @groovesocietyevents613, a weekly event hosted on Friday nights at @poa_tikibar, promoting groovy energy and a bumping dance floor all night long.
